'ZOOM-BAH' IS A GREAT WAY TO GET A WORKOUT AND IMPROVE YOUR DANCING SKILLS.  THE ZUMBA MOTTO  IS "DITCH THE WORKOUT AND JOIN THE PARTY.!"  THE MUSIC IS DESIGNED  TO MAKE YOU WANT TO MOVE.  THE DANCE STEPS ARE EASY AND THE CALORIES BURN AWAY!  AN HOUR GOES BY BEFORE YOU KNOW IT.
THE  INSTUCTORS ARE FULLY CERTIFIED.
