Zumba Fitness has become an extremely popular class. Very rhythmic world music plays while Kathy or Guy teach 2 to 4 dance steps that match different parts of the music. Classes last one hour with a mixture of fast and slow movements that involve the whole body. In addition to the fitness many have improved their body control and dance style. BRING:
Gym sneakers and workout clothes. We have a changing room but no shower. We have filtered water on tap or you can bring your own. Some bring a small towel. Kids are welcome to watch and are encouraged to participate. BRING FRIENDS TOO!!
